6. Viruses, Hacking and Other Offences

7. Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with French law. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts within the jurisdiction of the Lyon Court of Appeal, even in the event of third-party proceedings or multiple defendants.


8. International Users

This Site is controlled, operated, and updated by the Company in France. The Company makes no representation that the Site’s content is valid outside France. If you visit the Site or download its content from a location other than France, it is your responsibility to ensure that you act in compliance with the applicable laws of that location.

The Company guarantees that the products sold on the Site comply with French regulations only. The Company makes no warranty as to the compliance of the products outside France.
